Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Nigerian bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD payments via Paystack.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled before renewal.
What happens when I reach my listing limit?
You'll need to upgrade to a higher plan or remove existing listings to add new ones. Premium plans offer unlimited listings.
