Nairakey Subscription Refund Policy

Please read this refund policy carefully before subscribing to any of our paid services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription services offered by Nairakey Limited ("Nairakey", "we", "our", or "us") through the Nairakey.com platform. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

2. Subscription Services

Nairakey offers the following subscription tiers for real estate agents and property managers:

  • Basic Plan: Monthly and yearly subscriptions
  • Professional Plan: Monthly and yearly subscriptions
  • Premium Plan: Monthly and yearly subscriptions

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days.

3.2 Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • No more than 5 property listings have been created
  • No featured placement services have been utilized
  • A valid reason for cancellation is provided

After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel before renewal, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Featured listing fees and promotional packages
  • One-time setup or verification fees
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window (for yearly plans)
  • Accounts terminated due to policy violations
  • Partial months or periods of a subscription

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible subscription:

  1. Email us at billing@nairakey.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days for card payments
  • Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days
  • A 5% administrative fee may be deducted from approved refunds

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current period
  • You retain access to all features until expiration
  • Your property listings will be deactivated after expiration
  • Account data is retained for 90 days for potential reactivation

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve valid disputes within 14 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

Nairakey reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
